About the role
We’re looking for a passionate Lead Sushi Cook to join our team immediately! You'll be responsible for cutting fish, making sushi, classic rolls and maki. Candidates should have sushi production experience in but not limited to, a commissary or in a top-quality restaurant, hotel or high-end food service environment.

• Following direction from our Culinary app Galley, ERP
• Observing all HACCP procedures and safety rules
• Owning your work station by keeping it cleaned and organized
• Adopting Mise En Place as a way of life, so you are ready for any recipe that comes your way
• Work in a very fast paced environment to produce agreed upon recipes
• Attend pre shift meetings
