Introduction
Come join the Family! The Post Brewing Company is looking for experienced service staff (server, bartender, experienced host/expo - all around badass) and passionate restaurant professionals to ‘slang some delicious fried chicken and beer to the masses.

About The Post: The Post Brewing Company brews beers that are gosh darn delicious, memorable, and something you will want to put in your mouth repeatedly. Our beers have been purposefully designed to pair perfectly with your meal. Our kitchen, run by Chef Brett Smith, serves you delicious comfort food cooked with the love of your grandma and the skill of passionately trained chefs that is meant to be shared like a family supper. Featured by Guy Fieri on Food Network’s Diners Drive-Ins & Dives, our bird is better than the rest—humanely raised, all natural chickens are brined for hours, dipped in buttermilk, seasoned with gluten-free flour, and then fried to crispy golden perfection, just like your grammy used to make.

Our Front of House crews are the masters of the fun and familial guest experience at The Post Brewing Company, responsible for dispensing ‘southern’ style hospitality and ridiculous knowledge of all things related to fried chicken and Post beer. Must be detail oriented and versed in proper steps of service and etiquette, in addition to possessing super communication skills and excelling in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Selfless and personable hospitality is paramount to providing a remarkable guest experience and creating a positive environment throughout the restaurant. Candidates should be experts in the arena of food and beer service, be eager to learn, cool under pressure and adaptable. Here’s the Skinny:
Full-Time (full-availability: nights & weekends)
Team Service Tip Pool Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
Estimated hourly wage $18-$22 per hour (with opportunity to earn more!)
Cicerone Certification a plus!
Tips and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (we’ll provide training!)
Flexible schedule

Responsibilities
With the team model, you are expected to do everything we can do make sure the guests are taken care of. You need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task like a boss. Answering phones, helping bus tables, greet and serve guests, maybe even expo or run a delivery one day - all with a masked smile. The possibilities are endless! The more you master, the more you can make. It takes a real team-mentality focus to bring together something special for our guests.
